Juve was using doping back then. It was confessed by their doctor a couple of years ago. Trophy should have gone to AJAX, just like the year before.
Van der Sar was a great goalkeeper but penalties were his weak point. He lost here, he lost against Brazil in 1998 semifinals and more.
